In 2016, with the thought of introducing the incredible flavors of "Imari Beef" by Matuo Katsuma Farm, to more people, Mojisho was established.

We also create dishes using "Yamani Soy Sauce", a local long-established soy sauce maker that has been in business for over 100 years in the Mojiko.
